Raw Coconut Cacao Balls
It takes every ounce of my strength to not hop into the blender and devour this tasty mixture! Grain, dairy and processed sugar free, these little babies are a guilt free trip to chocolate heaven…
1 & 1/4 cup of dates
1/2 cup of raw cacao powder
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of goji berries
1/3 cup of shredded coconut or as much as desired for extra topping
Place all of the above into a food processor until you get a biscuity like consistency then mould into balls (the above should make approximately 22-24 balls).
Refridgerate for 1 hour and enjoy!
